Tax Policy

1 VAT and Prices

Prices displayed on our website are subject to VAT and other applicable taxes in accordance with the tax rules applicable to each transaction.

The final tax treatment may depend on factors including:

· the customer's delivery country;

· the country from which the goods are dispatched;

· whether the customer is a consumer or a business;

· the customer's VAT registration status; and

· the VAT scheme applicable to the product.

The final amount payable will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

2 EU Consumer Orders

For sales to consumers within the European Union, VAT will be charged in accordance with applicable EU and national VAT rules. For qualifying intra-EU distance sales, VAT may be charged using the VAT rate applicable in the customer's destination country and reported under the relevant VAT reporting mechanism. Orders fulfilled domestically within a country may be subject to that country's domestic VAT rules.

4.3 EU Business Customers

Business customers should provide a valid VAT identification number during checkout or before the invoice is issued.

Where the customer has a valid EU VAT number, the goods are supplied from one EU Member State to a business in another EU Member State, and all legal requirements for an intra-Community supply are satisfied, the transaction may qualify for the VAT treatment applicable to an intra-Community B2B supply.

A valid VAT number alone does not automatically guarantee that VAT will be removed. If the VAT number cannot be validated or the transaction does not qualify, applicable VAT will be charged.

4 United Kingdom Orders

Orders supplied from inventory located in the United Kingdom are subject to applicable UK VAT rules. Where applicable, UK VAT will be charged and shown on the relevant invoice.

5 Refurbished and Second-Hand Goods

Certain refurbished or second-hand products may, where legally applicable, be sold under a special VAT margin scheme. Where a margin scheme applies, VAT is calculated differently from a standard VAT sale and VAT may not be separately shown or deductible by the purchaser.

The applicable VAT treatment will be reflected on the relevant invoice.

6 VAT Invoices

VAT invoices are available for eligible orders. Business customers should ensure that their:

· legal company name;

· registered address;

· VAT number; and

· billing information

are entered correctly when placing an order. Once an invoice has been issued, changes to company or VAT information may not always be possible.

7 Customs and Import Taxes

Orders shipped across a customs border may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees or other taxes. Where such charges are not collected by us during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

Any customs or tax treatment depends on the specific origin, destination and circumstances of the shipment.
